I have always believed in equity ever since I was a little girl.  I grew up in a multiracial, multiethnic and multi-ability family that taught me the value of acceptance, diversity, inclusion and loving one another for our unique gifts when other people did not.  Over the past several years, I have dedicated my work to advancing equity to dismantle the inequities and bias that prevent people from fully being accepted within our community.  Check out how my vision for equity has positively impacted the lives of so many people.
