I am a uniquely experienced leader in diverse stakeholder engagement and development of highly skilled teams to solve complex problems.  I have a proven record achieving transformational and transparent outcomes for communities and organizations such as General Electric, Digital River and ING.  Demonstrated passion for equity combined with data driven decision making expertise breaks down barriers, increases efficiencies, creates business opportunities and improves racial consciousness regarding equity and inclusion.  Widely respected in both the private and public sector, for inspiring and delivering collaborative, ethical and results driven programs.

  • Former member and chair of the Edina Human Rights Commission and co-chair of the Edina Race and Equity Task Force.

  • Served as the Director of Human Rights and Equal Economic Opportunity (HREEO) for the City of Saint Paul from 2012-2018.

  • Member of Jewish Community Action and the FBI Community Relations Awareness Group.

  • Certified Six Sigma Green Belt.

  • Serve on the boards at Project for Pride in Living and Temple Israel.

  • Hold bachelor’s degree from Macalester College, master’s degree from Metropolitan State University and graduate of St. Kate’s Leaders of the New Millennium program.
